Privacy Policy

The data controller is Patryk Kinel, operating under betterdata.eu. Contact for data protection matters: patryk@betterdata.eu.

Contact form: full name, email address, optional company name, message content, selected site language, and IP address (for abuse prevention). Data is stored in a database (Supabase) and triggers an email notification sent via Resend.

Analytics and marketing cookies: Google Analytics 4 and advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) — loaded only after consent is given in the cookie banner, via Google Tag Manager and Google Consent Mode v2. Without your consent these tools do not collect data.

Replying to a contact form message: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) (steps taken prior to entering a contract / legitimate interest in handling inquiries).

Analytics and marketing cookies: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) (your freely given consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Data may be processed by service providers acting on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery). Only after marketing consent is given: Google (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn — for data collected via their advertising pixels.

Contact form messages are kept only as long as necessary to handle the inquiry — typically up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
